WP Private Content Pro plugin is covered by Personal, Business and Developer licenses. All licenses offer same features. These licenses varies based on the additional non-functional features described in the Personal, Business and Developer license.
We strongly recommend you to get the Developer license if you are planning to use WP Private Content Pro in multiple projects and get the projects completed quickly.
Personal, Business or Developer licenses doesn’t allow you to distribute or resell the plugin.
Personal License
Personal license is suitable when you want to implement WP Private Content Pro in a single site and you don’t expect extended support. Following features are covered by the Personal License.
- Single Site – You are only allowed to use the plugin in a single site with the Personal license. We request the site details when providing support and hence no support/updates will be provided when using the plugin with multiple sites with a Personal license.
- Free Support – One Year of free support through email, from the date of purchase . This includes support for bugs, minor enhancements and configuring the plugin.
- No Priority Support – Support requests are queued and handled based on the date created. Priority will not be given to critical requests or critical deadlines.
- Plugin Updates – 1 Year free updates. You have to renew your license every year at 25 USD to get updates after 1 year. ( Purchases before 29th October 2016 will have life time free updates)
- Customizations – We provide custom work on plugins at the rate of 40 USD/Hour with Personal license.
- Free Support for Customizations – We don’t provide any free support for implementing or discussing custom requirements.
- Plugin/ Theme Conflicts – We don’t provide any support for resolving plugin/theme conflicts or plugin/theme integration with this license.
- Chat Support – We don’t provide support through chat for Personal license.
- Support Renewals – Personal license holders need to renew support every year at 25 USD to get support after 1 year. Without renewals, you won’t be able to get support from our team after 1 Year.
Business License
Business license is suitable when you want to implement WP Private Content Pro in multiple sites and when you expect advantages such as priority support, customizations etc. If you are using WP Private Content Pro for more than one client, I recommend buying this license as you can use the plugin in multiple sites and get the support and updates for 2 years . However, if you need lifetime support and updates for your sites, you should consider Developer License.
Following features are covered by the Business License.
- Unlimited Sites – You are allowed to use the pluign in unlimited sites with the Business license. We don’t request the site details when providing support and hence there you can get the issues resolved promptly without additional time on verifying your licenses/sites.
- Free Support – 2 years free support through email . This includes support for bugs, minor enhancements,configuring the plugin.
- Priority Support – Support requests will be handled immediately and will not have to wait in a queue . Also higher priority will be given to critical requests or critical deadlines. You can request support through email. Your tickets will get high priority compared to Personal License and low priority compared to Developer License.
- Plugin Updates – 2 Years free updates. You have to renew your license every year at 25 USD to get updates after 2 years. ( Purchases before 29th October 2016 will have life time free updates)
- Customizations – We provide custom work on plugin at the rate of 30 USD/Hour with Developer license and this is 25% reduction over Personal license.
- Free Support for Customizations – We don’t provide any free support for implementing or discussing custom requirements for Business license.
- Plugin/ Theme Conflicts – We provide extended support for resolving plugin/theme conflicts. We can’t guarantee that we can resolve the conflict. But we will provide extended support to get them fixed.
- Chat Support – We don’t provide support through chat for Business license.
- Support Renewals – Business license holders need to renew support every year at 25 USD after the first 2 years . Without renewals, you won’t be able to get support from our team after 2 Years.
Developer License
Developer license is suitable when you want to implement WP Private Content Pro in multiple sites and when you expect advantages such as priority support, customizations etc. If you are using WP Private Content Pro for more than one client, I recommend buying this license as you dont have to buy anything ever again for WP Private Content PRO version. Following features are covered by the Developer License.
- Unlimited Sites – You are only allowed to use the plugin in unlimited sites with the Developer license. We don’t request the site details when providing support and hence there you can get the issues resolved promptly without additional time on verifying your licenses/sites.
- Free Support – Life time free support through email . This includes support for bugs, minor enhancements,configuring the plugin.
- Priority Support – Support requests will be handled immediately and will not have to wait in a queue . Also higher priority will be given to critical requests or critical deadlines. You can request support through email.
- Plugin Updates – Lifetime free updates.
- Customizations – We provide custom work on plugin at the rate of 20 USD/Hour with Developer license and this is 50% reduction over Personal license.
- Free Support for Customizations – We provide unlimited free support for discussing custom requirements and free implementation support for minor customizations .
- Plugin/ Theme Conflicts – We provide extended support for resolving plugin/theme conflicts. We can’t guarantee that we can resolve the conflict. But we will provide extended support to get them fixed.
- Chat Support – You get 2 hours of free time for resolving your issues or setting up the plugin through chat(Skype).
- Support Renewals – Developer license holders have life time free support and hence support renewals are not needed.
